Our Story
Massive Heart Attack Leads Founder on Quest
In 2013, Brian Maltese, a 5.0 level tennis player and fitness enthusiast, would have told anyone that a near fatal heart attack was out of the question. Mr. Maltese always had an interest in exercise, nutrition, and health long before the near fatal heart attack. After cardiac rehabilitation, Mr. Maltese began watching eye opening documentaries like Supersize Me, Forks Over Knives, and many others. Rooted in preventive care, as well as being driven to make a difference in the health of the tennis community, Mr. Maltese set out to develop a nutrition brand— a brand that resonated with tennis enthusiast’s and was dedicated to educating the tennis community about whole food nutrition, clean, transparent ingredients, heart healthy exercise, as well as the role each of us needs to take in our overall health and well-being.
Elite Tennis Nutrition also partners with like minded companies, allowing us to cross promote heart healthy products and services that align with our values and mission. By purchasing any of our products, as well as any of our network partner’s products or services, you allow us to dedicate ourselves to building something truly special within the tennis community, one which will continue to empower a healthy, tennis lifestyle for you and your family.
I thank you for your continued support and belief in me that together we can create a heart healthy tennis lifestyle for generations to come.
